Nexo - Chat, tasks and calls in one place for small teams

Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm Daniel, maker of Nexo. Nexo started from a frustration I suspect many of you share. Small teams of 2 to 20 people end up running their whole day across Slack for chat, Trello for tasks and Meet or Zoom for calls, plus a shared drive for files. Every tool is good, but the work gets lost in the gaps between them. A decision gets made in a thread and never becomes a task. Then someone schedules a call to ask what was decided. So we built one place where the conversation, the work and the calls live together: • Any message becomes a task. It gets an assignee, a due date, a checklist and a recurrence, and the link back to the original message stays visible in the chat. • Sprints with real reports, including burndown and velocity charts, without a separate PM tool. • Calls and video one click away, with screen sharing. Meeting links let guests join without signing up. • Files encrypted at rest, each with its own key, plus a list of your active sessions that you can revoke at any time. • A web app plus desktop apps for Windows, macOS and Linux that update themselves. It's free, with no credit card, and available in English and Spanish. To be upfront: there's no mobile app yet (the web version works in a mobile browser), and messages are not end-to-end encrypted.
