Issue resolved - we're back at full capacity

Hi everyone,

First of all, thank you so much for the incredible response to our Product Hunt launch. The level of interest has truly exceeded our expectations, and we're deeply grateful to every one of you who signed up and tried NeuroBlock.

We want to be transparent: some of you experienced errors when uploading files or generating data over the past few days. We identified a storage bottleneck caused by the surge in activity during launch, our task queue hit its capacity limit, which silently blocked file processing and data generation jobs.

The issue has been fully resolved, and the platform is now running smoothly. If you tried NeuroBlock and ran into problems, I sincerely apologize for the frustrating experience. Please give it another try, everything should work as expected now.
