Neural Formula has been a wild ride. As a student at Iowa State University, I've always looked to improve the productivity of fellow classmates. Today, I am proud to launch my software after roughly 2.5 months of nonstop development!
@haticus congratulations on the launch! Who's your target audience? I imagine people need to be technical enough to describe exactly what they need from a formula but falling short of being able to write it out? And are the formulas more geared towards Gsheets or excel?
Finally, any plans to add VBA or the Gsheets equivalent?

@berkaydin We're targeting business professionals that know the language, but don't have direct experience with Excel. Moreover, we're also interested in onboarding college students and high school students that are just starting to learn Excel. It's quite a powerful tool and we'd like to flatten the learning curve!
As far as Google Sheets, you can already select in the settings panel whether you prefer Google Sheets or Excel. From there, micro-adjustments will be made to formulas based on your respective platform.
Also, we haven't thought about VBA, but it's definitely worth looking into!

What’s the engine you’re using underneath? Are you feeding it? Preset prompts and instructions for the mutations and generations ?

@itsbrex It uses OpenAI's GPT3 underneath. And yes, we have trained the model with a variety of inputs!
