How do you search for a property when you already have specific features in mind?

Hey Product Hunt - I’m Robert, solo in Poland, building nights and weekends.

The problem I keep hitting as a buyer/renter: I know what I want (“calm 2BR, modern kitchen, near transit”), but listing search is still mostly checkboxes. Beds, baths, price, district. Anything that isn’t a structured field never shows up - even when it’s obvious in the photos.

So I’m testing a different path: look at property photos room by room, pull structured features from what’s actually there, add a location/neighborhood research, then search in natural language over that. The thing I want to learn is whether photo-grounded natural-language search is even worth solving.

There’s a free trial (no card) and demo properties if you don’t want to upload yours. You must own or manage any listing you import. Credits after free ones; no public pricing page yet, so I won’t invent one.

Curious how you search today:

1. When you have specific features in mind, do filters get you there, or do you end up scrolling / asking an agent?

2. Would you trust search that was grounded in photo-extracted features more than keywords someone typed into an amenity list?

Happy to hear “filters are fine” too - that’s useful.
