The "momentum" mechanic sounds genuinely fun rather than just another task list. One thing I'd love: a weekly recap that shows which clients actually made you money versus which ones quietly ate your hours. Right now the time roll-up to clients is great, but pairing it with revenue per client in the same view would make it way easier to spot the ones worth keeping and the ones to fire.

Both halves exist today but separately: hours roll up to the client, and revenue lives in invoices and the finance reports. What's missing is exactly what you named — the two in one view, so you see effective hourly rate per client instead of two numbers you're expected to divide in your head.
"Quietly ate your hours" is the part I hadn't put words to. A client can look fine on revenue and be terrible on rate, and you only notice as vague resentment three months in.
One question, since you clearly have scar tissue here: would you want it pushed to you weekly, or sitting there as a view?

The other half I've deliberately left unbuilt: pushed to you weekly, or sitting there as a view? I went with the view first since it's the foundation either way, but the weekly recap is parked on the roadmap waiting on an answer I didn't want to invent.
No pressure if you've moved on - I just didn't want to build the wrong half of your idea.
