Navigating through all the choices of phones, wireless plans, and the combos is insanely difficult. Finding the right fit for me + family involved 10x the effort than I wanted to put into it. @parthpareek Thx Parth! Someone once told me "shopping for a new plan is harder than doing my taxes"... the pain is real! And yes, that's our goal, to turn this dreaded process into something that people actually look forward to. "Retail therapy" is supposed to be joyful after all :)
