Hello Producthunt! I'm Kristian, co-founder of MyTemenos. After years of studying philosophy and psychoanalysis, I discovered Jungian depth psychology. It was the first thing that helped me understand why I kept making certain mistakes, not just how to cope with them. Real Jungian analysis costs $200-300 per session and requires finding one of the rare analysts who actually practice this way. Most people never get access to this transformative work. Jung's own writings can be somewhat enigmatic, and genuine analysis often requires a critical, outside perspective. While self-analysis is a necessary part of (Jungian) growth, it cannot be the complete remedy. To combat these issues, we've built an AI trained specifically in depth psychology. Shadow work, archetypal analysis, dream interpretation, and more are all made accessible. We're not trying to replace therapy. We're making the deep, difficult work of understanding your unconscious available to anyone ready for it. What makes us different from other AI mental health tools: Trained on Jung, not just generic CBT Focused on unconscious patterns, not surface symptoms Gamified journey (because exploring your shadow should be engaging, not just hard) Built for people who want depth, not quick fixes We look to the community for Honest feedback (especially from anyone familiar with Jungian work), questions about anything that's unclear, and concerns about AI in this space (we're genuinely navigating this thoughtfully). A question I keep wrestling with: How do you make something as intimate as depth psychology work through AI without it feeling creepy or reductive? I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for checking us out. Happy to answer anything!
