My!hū - See global environmental data in one real-time platform.

by
My!hū unifies fragmented climate and disaster data into one real-time, global platform. Unlike tools that are siloed or focus on one domain, it delivers clear, map-based insights across the world. By turning complex data into simple, actionable intelligence, My!hū helps anyone understand what’s happening on the planet—instantly.

Hi everyone 👋 I built My!hū to solve a simple frustration: environmental data is everywhere—but it’s fragmented, overly technical, and often biased toward a few regions. It’s hard to answer basic questions like “What’s happening on the planet right now?” without jumping between multiple sources. My!hū brings this data into one place, in real time, and makes it easy to understand through a global, map-based experience—especially for underrepresented regions like Africa. Would love your feedback 🙌

Interesting concept.

At least two other 3 ideas came to my mind:
– not climate disasters, but more direct disasters caused by a man (e.g. aircraft accidents)

– Markant wars throughout history with location labels

– Prevention of disasters (e.g. monitoring upcoming hurricanes.

This is interesting to me: – Markant wars throughout history with location labels. It could also include the number of soldiers and civilians who've passed away in the conflicts. I really like this idea, with AI it can also be interactive, like a guided "tour" of the virtual battles. It's entirely doable.

maybe even good for history students and anthropology.

100% Maybe I will attempt an MVP to test out the idea.

What's happening to the world's icebergs?

Starting today, you can explore major Arctic and Antarctic icebergs on My!hū.

When building My!hū, we wanted environmental intelligence to be more accessible than scattered reports and disconnected datasets. That's why we've added iceberg tracking alongside our existing layers for deforestation, land loss, and endangered species.

The result is a growing map-first platform that helps people, researchers, organisations, and communities better understand environmental change as it unfolds.

Small update. Big step toward a more comprehensive environmental intelligence platform.

Feedback is always welcome.
