@kingromstar, that's a great question! I guess the quickest way to think about it would be in terms of quantity, more of everything, but the way I looked at it was more of what really matters to me, you, whoever embarks on this road of self-awareness. For me, 'more' is more quality, more depth of what truly adds value to my life, and that's why I built this app. You know yourself best; you know what you want more of in your life, you decide it, then you track to see how well you're doing. That aspiration to achieve 'more' in your life, combined with the ability to track and understand whether you're genuinely doing well or not, will get you to where you want to be. During your setup, the app offers a (wide) selection of goals you might want 'more' of so you can focus on them - you can also add your own specific goals. In the future, it will also provide a knowledge pool for these goals from where you can draw inspiration and courage to keep going! I hope this ability to track, analyse and understand how you're doing, alongside a pool of goal-tailored resources, will help you, me, and anyone looking for more out of life achieve that.
