Motion's 🔑 insight: time-blocking DOES NOT WORK. It's impossible to manually stay on top of shifting deadlines and priorities. Motion built a brilliant solution: they automatically plan what each team member should work on every day based on their team’s updated needs/goals. Absolutely epic product built by one of the most driven and talented teams I know in a market that is vastly underserved by existing options. 🫡
