As a developer, I spend 8 hours a day in front of my desk. I started to have back pain and needed someone to remind me to take a break.
Break reminder app already existed, but no app actually took you by the hand and guided through some stretching exercises.
That's why I build Motion Minute.
@tonyabracadabra that is a good idea. How often would you like to have it popup. I guess it should be on a different time schedule than the other exercises.
@felix_eckhardt Since I took just 3-5 min quick meditation (which I still forget all the time) to recover energy, so I think it can be appended to your existing session as an additional perk!
@busmark_w_nika thank you so much for your support. Let me know what you think. Would love to hear your thoughts.

Value addition through meditation, calming music and also brain exercises (physical activities done on the chair) are what I can suggest to make the offering more wholesome. Good luck!
@varun_bhagath good idea. I heard meditation already in another comment. Maybe that's the next thing on my list.

Hey there! 👋 Just saw that Motion Minute launched on Product Hunt today. Love the idea of having a simple tool to remind us to take breaks and stretch while working at our desk. It's a small change that can make a big difference in our wellness and productivity!
@edmundas_eddy good idea - how would you connect it with the workouts?

Love it! I used to have a reminder set to tell me to move my … but this is awesome as I can get even more ideas what I should actually do right now! Love the shake to delay idea so I can finish an important task! So far I have done quite a few motion minute breaks and enjoy it. Any plans on extending the exercises?
