Most Addictive Game - Remastered - The game that hit #3 on the App Store in 2009 is back!

by
In 2009, Most Addictive Game hit #3 on the App Store with over a million downloads. A simple idea — drag a red square to dodge bouncing blocks that speed up over time. Simple to learn, impossible to master. 17 years later, it's been rebuilt from scratch. New design, 4 game modes, 3 difficulty levels, 105 challenge levels across 7 chapters, a trophy system, 31 themes, Game Center leaderboards, and replay sharing. Free to download with no ads in gameplay - have fun!

Hey PH! I'm Charles, the original developer of Most Addictive Game. Back in the olden times of the internet - I'd actually taught myself to code in high school by building a CMS platform called Noodle — a WordPress competitor written in Classic ASP. Ambitious and naive in equal measure. When the App Store launched, I jumped in and made a simple dodge game on the side. It somehow hit #3 on the entire App Store and got over a million downloads. Then life happened. I moved on to other things, and the game eventually disappeared from the store. Fast forward to 2026 — I decided to bring it back. Not a port, not a reskin. A complete remaster built from scratch in Swift and SpriteKit. New design system, new game modes, 105 challenge levels, trophy system, the works. I built this solo, designing every screen and writing every line of code. The whole project was a love letter to the early App Store era when a single developer could ship something simple and have it reach millions. Would love for you to try it and let me know how long you survive. And for those who were around in 2009, let's relive a little nostalgia!
