Can I self-host it?

The SDKs and the core, yes: draw answers from any model you prompt yourself with the prompt the core builds. The hosted API's server isn't open; it's what the paid plans pay for.

Can I use my own components?

Yes. You describe them in a pack, the API gives that to the model, and the SDK draws them with your code. They're checked the same way as ours.

Is it open source?

Yes, the open core: the format, the Rust core, the web, SwiftUI and Compose SDKs and the benchmark, under Apache-2.0 at github.com/morphscreen/morphscreen. The hosted API (it adds the prompt, runs the model and repairs broken lines) is the paid service, with a free plan. Issues and pull requests are welcome.

MorphScreen - Let your model answer with real UI

MorphScreen turns a model's answer into real UI while it streams: cards, charts, forms, quizzes and your own components. Point your OpenAI-style chat call at our API; every line is checked and repaired, and the web SDK draws it live. The core and SDKs are open source (Apache-2.0). Free plan, no card.
