MorphScreen turns a model's answer into real UI while it streams: cards, charts, forms, quizzes and your own components. Point your OpenAI-style chat call at our API; every line is checked and repaired, and the web SDK draws it live. The core and SDKs are open source (Apache-2.0). Free plan, no card.

Hey PH, I'm Nandishwar. I built MorphScreen on my own over the last few weeks.
Every AI app I used answered in walls of text, even when the answer was a comparison, a plan or a quiz. Getting real UI out of a model takes a format, a parser, a renderer and something to fix broken output, and it has to hold up on small cheap models. When I ran OpenUI's own benchmark, a 30B model wrote valid OpenUI only 31% of the time.
MorphScreen is one API call. Your app points its OpenAI-style chat call at our API and the model answers with components: cards, charts, tables, forms, quizzes, 75 in all, plus your own. Every line gets checked as it streams, broken ones get fixed by the same model, and the web SDK draws it live.
The format, the core and the SDKs are open source under Apache-2.0: github.com/morphscreen/morphscreen. The hosted API is the paid part.
Some numbers, all on morphscreen.com: on OpenUI's benchmark briefs that same 30B model wrote valid UI 66% of the time with us vs 31% with OpenUI. Across the whole scoreboard we're ahead on 37 of 64 measures, OpenUI on 4, and 23 are even (a lead only counts when it isn't chance). With every component our prompt is 2,954 tokens; OpenUI's chat library sends 14,041. And 0 accessibility violations vs 599 across 20 answers in Chrome.
Paid plans include a model, DeepSeek V4.1 Flash, so on it you pay per call and there's no separate token bill. Any other model works on your own OpenRouter key. The free plan needs no card: 100 calls on our model, then up to 3,000 a month on your own key. npm install @morphscreen/web
I'd really like to know what breaks, and which component you wish it had. Issues on GitHub are welcome too.
