I'm Naish Yadav, the Founder & CEO of Moment One.
Like myself and even a lot of people present today, social media as had a critical impact on our lives and our behaviours. The resulting impact has only severely accelerated during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Moment One’s here today because we recognise a global problem regarding the lack of access to wellbeing services worldwide and the rate of failure or relapse through traditional therapy.
