MoltPe - A wallet for your AI agent. Not access to yours.

by
MoltPe is payment infrastructure for AI agents. Each agent gets its own isolated payment identity with hard spending controls — daily caps, per-transaction limits, recipient allowlists — enforced at the signing layer. The agent physically cannot overspend, even if reasoning goes wrong. • Sub-second settlement • Native x402, MPP, MCP, REST • Drops into Claude Desktop, Cursor, Windsurf in 3 lines of config • Free tier, no credit card, no US entity required Built for the agentic economy.

Hi Product Hunt 👋 I'm Umang, founder of MoltPe. I built this because every existing "AI payment" product I tried had one of these problems: consumer Stripe/PayPal with crypto bolted on, enterprise sales gates before you could try anything, or missing the protocols developers actually use to build agents (MCP, x402, MPP). The thesis behind MoltPe: an AI agent should have its own wallet, not access to yours. Non-custodial via Shamir key splitting (no single party including us holds a complete key), with programmable spending policies enforced at the infrastructure layer — daily caps, per-transaction caps, recipient allowlists, cooldowns. If your agent gets prompt-injected or runs a buggy retry loop, the policy still holds. The blast radius is bounded. We support three rails so you don't have to pick one before knowing your usage shape: x402 for HTTP-native per-call billing, MPP for session-based streaming, and traditional fiat where the customer expects cards. Sub-second settlement on Polygon, Base, and Tempo. Zero gas on supported chains. What I'd love feedback on: 1. Is the tri-rail architecture useful, or is most of you really just on x402? 2. The free tier — what's the most valuable thing we could let you do without a credit card? 3. India-specific use cases — we just shipped a 30+ page India content cluster (https://moltpe.com/india) covering forex avoidance for freelancers, AI SaaS billing, and per-call API monetization in USDC. Happy to answer any questions about the architecture, the spending-policy model, or how it compares to Coinbase Agentic Wallets / Privy / Turnkey / Circle DP. Will be in the comments all day.
