Moio - The future app builder for designers

by
Moio is a design tool that allows designers to build functional product design, not just static images. Design and test real user flows, eliminate the gap between mockups and final products, and streamline your product development process.

Bridging the gap between design and development is always a challenge. Moio looks like a promising tool to make the transition from mockups to real user flows much smoother. Looking forward to exploring it!

Matic Pelcl

@supa_l Thanks! We want to give designers full control—no handoff, no guessing. Curious what you’ll build with it!

yay! my congrats on the launch! 🎉

Moio is a great tool for designers looking to create usable products quickly without the usual hand-offs! How does Moio manage real-time updates when integrating data and logic into the design process?

Matic Pelcl

@jonurbonas We’re exploring data binding now—starting with showing content from an API or Airtable, then managing how data is processed. Real-time updates come after that. The goal is to let you control when data updates and hook logic to it so your designs react automatically.

Just tried the app, so far I can say that if you know figma you already can start designing moio. Compared to penpot its pretty intuitive even if you don't know much about front end and flexbox.

Matic Pelcl

@fatikowais Thanks for the kind words Fatik! Love hearing that! That’s the goal—if you know Figma, you’re already halfway there. Thanks for giving it a spin!

This will be a game changer for testing ideas quickly! As every design created becomes interactive and just works, it becomes a perfect prototype to demo or test with users with no extra effort and no need for extra support from engineers! Love this for designers and teams who are looking to test & iterate quickly and smoothly!

Matic Pelcl

@klara_p_ Yes! That’s exactly what we’re going for—real prototypes that just work, no extra hands needed. Appreciate the support!

This tool bridges design and development beautifully! 👍

Matic Pelcl

@shenjun Thank you! That bridge has been broken for too long—we hope to make it walkable again 😄

Ales

Thanks for the support everyone 🙌

We built Moio because we’ve spent over a decade making design tools and saw firsthand how hard it still is for designers to actually ship real, working design. Prototyping only gets you so far, and most “no-code” tools still feel like you need to think like a developer.

Still early, but we’re excited about what’s ahead. If you’re a designer who’s ever thought “I wish I could just build this,” we’d love your feedback.

Huge congrats on the launch! 🎉 Moio looks like the kind of tool designers (and indie makers like me) have been dreaming of—real interactivity and data handling without the engineering bottleneck. Just gave it a try and already see the potential! Excited to see how this evolves—consider me onboard for the journey 🙌

Matic Pelcl

@williamrobertscott Thanks so much! We built Moio exactly for that—real control, no dev bottleneck. Glad you’re onboard 🙌

Shushant Lakhyani

I hope more designers get to know about this, because they'll love to use it

Matic Pelcl

@shushantlakhyani Appreciate that—same here! We’re building it for designers first, so help us spread the word if you can 🙌

Congrats on the launch, this looks cool! Are the AI functionalities live yet? In desperate need of the cursor for product designers 🙏

Matic Pelcl

@johannaschneidr Everything in the trailer was recorded live—no movie magic here!

You can try the AI features right now: select a text layer and hit / to open the command bar. It uses your prompt, layer names, and content to generate new text.

For more advanced stuff (like tables), just add @ to the layer name or click + under “Content” on the right. Now you can nest content (think #product-item: #name, #price, #size, #color). - I had to use # instead of @ to not call up other users 😄

I’m working on dedicated videos to dive deeper into all this—but in the meantime, there’s a starter file you can play with to try it all out!
