A few weeks ago, I was at my dentist for a root canal. While waiting, I noticed he was still managing patients with paper cards and a bulky record book.
I asked him, “If there was software that was simple, affordable, and easy to use, would you use it?”
He said yes.
That conversation led to my first paying customer at ₹499/month and eventually became the idea behind ModClinics.
It reminded me that the best startup ideas often come from solving one real person’s problem.
