Minimind is an offline-first note-taking and task-managing app. It supports Markdown. Your data lives on your device and cloud sync is optional. Accounts are 100% anonymous, not even an email is required. They are created by cryptographic keys (like crypto wallets). All synced data is E2E encrypted. Built and hosted in the EU. Zero tracking, no AI processing, no data mining. Minimind doesn’t know, and doesn't want to know, ANYTHING about you.

I started thinking about building Minimind out of frustration with a bunch of apps I was using. Many had an overwhelming amount of features and bloat I didn't need. Features that actually made it harder to jot things down quickly. Others are owned by big corporations that spy on us more and more shamelessly. So I decided to create an alternative tool that would work for me and people with the same kind of concerns. This were my needs: - Had to work 100% offline - Let me focus on each facet of my life separately - I needed to support Markdown - Had to have maximum respect for privacy There's still a long way to go and plenty of refinement needed, but Minimind is already the tool I use daily to organize my thoughts and tasks.
