I feel like this is assuming that I have depression. And I don't think I do. "I tell myself that I shouldn’t have certain thoughts." I answered Never because I am not suicidal, but is it going to interpret that as me not being able to properly regulate myself? I got 61 / 100. I have no idea if that's good. It did say "Hooray!"..

@crobertsbmw 61 is actually very good. The average is about 40. Also, the 'I tell myself that I shouldn’t have certain thoughts.' does not refer to suicide or depression. Most people try to control their thoughts instead of letting go and exploring their mind. That's why this question is here.
