What DevOps challenge would you want MicroGenesis to solve first?

Posting this here mainly to get a pulse from the community rather than to pitch anything.

We've been building out DevOps/DevSecOps services (CI/CD automation, infra-as-code, security-first pipelines, monitoring) for growing engineering teams, and one thing we keep debating internally is where teams feel the most pain right now:

• Slow/flaky CI-CD pipelines

• Security getting bolted on too late (DevSecOps)

• Infra costs scaling faster than the team

• Lack of visibility/observability until something breaks

If you've evaluated or used DevOps services before (from us or anyone else), what actually moved the needle for your team and what fell flat?
