We've been building out DevOps/DevSecOps services (CI/CD automation, infra-as-code, security-first pipelines, monitoring) for growing engineering teams, and one thing we keep debating internally is where teams feel the most pain right now:
Slow/flaky CI-CD pipelines
Security getting bolted on too late (DevSecOps)
