Metaport - The Operating System for Logistics

by
Metaport helps companies manage complex logistics operations across warehouses, courier partners, and distribution points. Many businesses still rely on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual coordination to move orders. Metaport brings these workflows into one platform, helping teams plan dispatch, manage shipments, track deliveries, conduct operational audits, and maintain a neutral control layer across partners, reducing operational chaos and improving efficiency.

The idea for Metaport came from seeing how logistics operations actually run on the ground. Despite logistics being a critical function for most businesses, many operations are still managed through spreadsheets, phone calls, and fragmented systems. Warehouses, courier partners, and distribution points often operate in silos, which creates delays, errors, and very little operational visibility. What stood out most was that there was no neutral operational layer connecting these moving parts. Companies were forced to rely heavily on manual coordination to manage dispatches, shipments, and deliveries across multiple partners. Metaport is focused on solving a few core operational problems: 1. Fragmented systems where warehouses, couriers, and distribution points operate on separate tools. 2. Heavy reliance on spreadsheets and manual coordination to manage dispatch and shipment tracking. 3. Lack of real-time visibility across logistics operations. 4. Difficulty in auditing operations and identifying where delays, losses, or inefficiencies occur. Lack of neutrality where systems are often tied to specific logistics providers instead of acting as a control layer. The goal is to give operations teams a single platform to manage, monitor, and audit their logistics workflows without being dependent on any single logistics partner.
