How do you break the "shame spiral" after a bad productivity day?

Hey Hunters!
I'm currently building Meridian (launching April 30!), and I ve been obsessed with one question: Why do most productivity apps make us feel like failures when we take a break?
Standard apps use "streaks" and loud pings that create a guilt cycle. If you miss a day, you feel like you've failed, so you procrastinate even more. I call it the "shame spiral."
I m building Meridian to be zero-guilt. Instead of tracking just tasks, we track energy.
High energy? Do deep focus.
Low energy? Log a rest session as a "win."
I d love to hear from fellow builders: How do you manage your mental energy during a launch? Do streaks help you, or do they just add stress?
(P.S. We just went live with our "Coming Soon" page would love your support! )
Stop managing time. Start managing energy. Meridian is a zero-guilt productivity app for students. Track your bio-rhythms, log energy check-ins, and identify peak focus windows. Avoid the burnout spiral and work with your biology, not against it.
