Quick context on why I built this: I watched a friend's Shopify store of 800 products get zero AI recommendations despite having better SKUs than the ones ChatGPT kept suggesting. The difference wasn't quality — it was structured data. His JSON-LD was missing GTINs, his policies were prose, his robots.txt didn't even acknowledge GPTBot. The wider stat that motivated MerchantStamp: of the ~500 stores we've scanned, the average AI-readiness score is 34/100. That means most stores are essentially invisible to AI shopping.
