What's the most annoying thing about ordering at a restaurant or café?

We all have a story: waiting 15 minutes just to get a menu, prices crossed out with a pen, or waving at a waiter who never looks your way.

I'm building MenuMate, a QR menu and table ordering tool for restaurants and cafés, so I think about this a lot. But I'd love to hear it from the guest side:

1. What frustrates you most when ordering?

2. Would you rather order from your phone at the table, or talk to a waiter?

3. What's the worst QR menu you've seen? (Tiny PDF menus you have to zoom into, anyone?)
