After 2 years of pouring my heart and soul into a Mental Health app project while juggling a full time career and part time studies, I am thrilled to announce that MentalJourney is now live on the App Store and Play Store! (Just search for MentalJourney 😊) #MyStory Growing up with intergenerational and childhood trauma and later experiencing the profound pain of losing loved ones to suicide shaped my life in unimaginable ways. On the surface, they seemed fine, yet they were silently battling deep struggles. These losses ignited a lifelong passion to make a difference in mental health, but I didn’t truly understand the depth of mental struggles until my own. In December 2022, a fire incident at work triggered my first panic attack. What followed was a year of battling Panic Disorder, Health Anxiety, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, PTSD and more. The physical toll, brain fog, rolling panic attacks on a daily basis and despair made every day a challenge— and at my lowest, I thought life wasn’t worth living anymore. In my darkest moments, I found hope in the stories of others—raw, real accounts of their mental health journeys. These stories reminded me that while life can feel unbearably hard, it can and will get better. They became the foundation for MentalJourney—a space where no one has to suffer in silence. #WhatsMentalJourney I believe that all of us have our own mental struggles—ranging from societal pressure, family dynamics, relationship, work and more. MentalJourney is a free mobile app that creates a safe and anonymous space for people to share their mental struggles, seek support, and connect with a global community. We aim to promote authenticity and inclusivity, empowering people to embrace vulnerability in a world that often demands we hide our struggles. It’s a community built on empathy, where shared human experiences unite us beyond race, religion, or background. MentalJourney is more than just an app—it’s a movement to change how we approach mental health. #HowYouCanHelp Please help spread the word by sharing this post. Someone silently struggling might see it and realize they’re not alone. Together, we can remind them that hope exists and that things can and will improve. #ACalltoMentalHealthProfessionals If you’re a psychologist, therapist, counselor, life coach or part of an NPO/MHO, I’d love to collaborate with you. MentalJourney offers a space where you can engage with the community, share insights, and provide guidance during your free time. We’ll recognize your role with an expert tag and verified badge to ensure credibility (See last image). To everyone, let’s work together to end the stigma, embrace vulnerability, and create a world where everyone feels seen and supported. Support this community by downloading MentalJourney and anonymously share a message of hope for others or even your own personal story ❤️ #MentalHealthAwareness #MentalJourney #EndTheStigma #YouAreNotAlone

This is such an inspiring and powerful project! 🌟 MentalJourney feels like more than just an app; it’s a beacon of hope for anyone struggling with mental health, offering a safe space to share and connect. The story behind it is so moving—it's beautiful to see how personal pain can be transformed into a force for good, helping others feel less alone. It’s amazing to see how this app is breaking down the stigma around mental health, encouraging vulnerability and real connections. The fact that it’s anonymous and community-driven makes it feel like a truly supportive space. Mental health struggles can feel isolating, but apps like this are showing that we don’t have to go through it alone. Keep pushing forward—this is a much-needed step toward creating a more compassionate, open world. 🙌💙
