Is Memophant part of a new emerging class of applications?
When I built this, I didn't do any research on what existed. I wanted something that solved my problems, helped me build, and let me focus on the products I am building. I have heard of a small handful of other applications with features similar to one or two things Memophant does well since then, namely Storybloq on the App Store. Although similar, my approach is wildly different and goes beyond the Kanban task management, with 9 different sections of use and memory for building. An app that has this type of power can't be distributed on the AppStore (the powerful GitHub features as well as the Agentic consolidation can't run in a sandbox), so I went through all the Developer signing with Apple, as well as designed a license type for the app (https://heirloomlicense.org) to build trust. I now have the foundation to explore and add functionality as my users and I need it, and I've been building quite an idea roadmap (in Memophant, of course). I am curious about what you use today and what would make you switch to an application like this? Is it transparency (not a black box you can see and control in your memory), version control, portability, or something else? I didn't set out to make this commercial, but when another engineer saw what I had, they immediately made me give them a copy, so here we are. What are your thoughts?
