Why I stopped paying $300/month and built my own workspace
by•
Three years ago I was running my freelance business across four tools. ClickUp for tasks. Notion for docs. Toggl for time. A spreadsheet for invoices. $300/month total, and not one of them knew the others existed.
The breaking point wasn't the price. It was opening four tabs to answer one client question.
So I built Melororium. Tasks, time tracking, CRM, and financials — one place, one payment, no subscription ever. We use it ourselves daily for our own projects and stores. Every feature on the roadmap exists because we needed it first.
Launching officially June 9th. Happy to answer anything before then — what would you actually want in a tool like this? What's the one thing your current stack gets wrong?
