You just speak naturally, like talking to an old friend. Mellow remembers your preferences, checks in on your day, reminds you about medications and the weather, and if something goes wrong, one tap sends your location to your family immediately. The hardest part wasn't the technology — it was the tone. Every word Mellow says had to feel patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. We iterated on the personality for months until my grandmother said, "I like this little thing." That was the moment I knew we had something real.
