We built Medya Zekâsı after seeing the same problem repeat across municipalities, public institutions, and media teams: important meetings, speeches, field recordings, and live broadcasts were being stored as scattered files, but not turned into reusable institutional knowledge. Most tools helped with transcription only partially, and they were rarely designed for public-sector workflows. Teams still had to collect files from different channels, manage them manually, produce summaries or subtitles separately, and search through archives with no real structure. So we focused on a full workflow instead of a single feature. Medya Zekâsı combines web and mobile collection, queue- based processing, AI transcription, summaries, subtitles, exports, and searchable archiving in one system. Field teams can upload from mobile, central teams can manage operations from the web panel, and institutions can keep content more organized and controlled. We’d especially love feedback on the product positioning, the workflow clarity, and which use cases outside the public sector you think this could fit as well.
