UI looks absolutely stunning. Although since I am not a core user I don't understand the use case thoroughly. May you need to stress on the pain point more precisely. Focus on what goes wrong or the difficulties experienced happens when the user dosen't have your product.

Well done! Maze has really come a long ways since I last tried it out. A scalable solution that cuts down time spent/cost of UX/UI research is huge, especially when your product is just starting out.

It looks really good. I just wish it could support some basic logic like how google forms does. also I really wish I could connect one test to another. let's say, when a user is done with survey, I could send them to a remote usability test. or connect 2-3 test with each other.
