by•
Matatah Apply Helper 2.0 fills the employer's own form with your tailored résumé, cover letter and saved answers on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters and more. It works through multi-page forms and lists the questions only you can answer, signs in or sets up Workday accounts with your logins kept protected, and shows the exact PDF it will upload. It stops one click short of Submit: you approve every send. Plus a new look that matches matatah.com.

Hi again, Product Hunt. On Tuesday we launched Matatah 2.0, which finds the jobs worth applying to. Today is the other half: the Chrome extension that does the applying with you. Application forms are where the hours go. The same name, work history and sponsorship questions, typed again on every employer's site, often across five pages. Apply Helper 2.0 fills them from your Matatah profile: - Works on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, iCIMS, SmartRecruiters, JazzHR and company career sites - "Fill all steps" moves through multi-page forms and lists only the questions you need to answer yourself - Workday: picks Apply Manually and sets up the account with your email - Answers "Will you need sponsorship?" correctly for the job's country - Uploads the exact résumé PDF you reviewed, tailored to that job - Never applies to the same job twice - Stops one click short of Submit. Nothing is sent without you. It's free with a Matatah account. What's the most annoying application form you've had to fill? I'd love to test against it.
