How we turned dry AI text into a 1-minute immersive audio-visual experience.

I’m Jina, a "Devigner" (Developer + Designer) and the founder of Make It Write.
Most AI writing tools focus on the "output" — just generating more text. But as a 3D artist and musician, I felt something was missing: The Soul of the Story. We’ve all seen dry, repetitive AI-generated text. It lacks the emotional punch that makes us want to share it. So, I decided to fix that by focusing on Immersive Multi-modal Storytelling.
Here’s how we transformed the experience:
1. The 1-Minute Rule (Audiobook style)
We live in a world of short-form content. I wanted to create a platform where your writing ideas aren't just saved in a notepad, but turned into a 1-minute high-quality podcast/audiobook. It’s long enough to be meaningful, but short enough to be consumed on the go.
2. Obsession with Visual Aesthetics (The "Beautiful Book Cover")
This is my favorite part. I’m personally obsessed with how each post looks. Every story in Make It Write comes with an AI-generated book cover that is actually beautiful. I wanted each post to feel like a "piece of art" on your feed. When the visuals are stunning, the satisfaction of posting increases 100%.
3. From SF Art Fair to Digital Reality
I recently exhibited my digital art at Superfine Art Fair in San Francisco, and it reminded me how much human-centric design matters. I brought that same energy into the code of Make It Write. It’s not just an app; it’s a digital gallery for your thoughts.
