MailMood processes email context entirely locally (privacy-first) and surfaces the emotional tone directly in your inbox using simple, colored pill badges—Red for URGENT, Green for CALM, and Grey for NEUTRAL. You get an instant visual heat map of your inbox before you even open a thread. Once you know what needs your attention, MailMood helps you execute. I built Mailmood Polish into the extension to refine your draft responses directly in the compose window. It ensures your outbound tone matches the situation, creating a complete end-to-end communication loop without your data ever leaving your machine. I’m a solo developer and this is my first launch.
