Email Verifier - Verify your email list before you hit send
byβ’
Email Verifier checks every address on your list before you send β flagging invalid, risky, and disposable emails so you only send to people who'll actually receive it. Upload a CSV or paste emails manually, get results in minutes, and download exactly the list you need (safe-to-send only, full results, or a custom filter). Built to lower your bounce rate and protect your sender reputation, right inside Mailercloud.

Hi everyone, Vinoop here, one of the founders of Mailercloud.
We kept hearing the same thing from customers: their emails were bouncing, and by the time they noticed, their sender reputation was already damaged. Bad addresses on a list are quiet. They don't warn you.
So we built an email verifier.
It's simple. You upload a list, we check every address against the real mail server (not just a DNS lookup), and you get a score from 0 to 100 for each one. You decide where to draw the line.
A few things worth knowing:
Bulk lists up to 1M addresses, or paste in up to 50 for a quick check
There's an API, so you can verify people the moment they sign up and never let a bad address in
Credits don't expire
Works on its own, or on top of your existing Mailercloud plan
Most verifiers are separate tools. We're the sending platform too, so you verify and send in the same place with the same credits. That's the part we think matters.
For Product Hunt: 25% off with PRODUCTHUNT25, this week only.
We're around all day. If you want to argue with how we handle catch-all domains or role accounts, I'm happy to get into it.

@vinoop_thayattΒ congrats on the launch! we send millions of emails and learned the hard way that bad addresses quietly wreck your sender rep. curious: how do you score catch-all domains, or do they just land in βriskyβ?
Mailercloud
Β @jijosunny you've clearly felt the pain we built this for. A catch-all domain accepts every address, so we can't confirm a specific mailbox is real. We won't fake a "valid," so we mark those as risky, but each one still gets a delivery score based on what we can check, like domain and MX reputation and whether it looks disposable or role-based. A catch-all on a solid company domain scores very differently from a throwaway one.
For senders at your volume: don't drop all catch-alls (you'll lose real people), but don't send blind either. Go by the score, send to the higher ones with past engagement, hold the low ones.
