Easiest tool to manage your Twitter activity directly in Slack.
Few weeks ago I hunted Mailclark (https://www.producthunt.com/post...) an awesome tool to help you handle emails directly into your Slack team.
It worka great to deal with incoming support request and triage them to the corresponding person in the team.
They just launched an integration for Twitter, you can directly answer DM, and send Tweets from Slack.
That's one less app to use, and more time gained for your team :)
Hi everyone and happy new year to you all!
We are thrilled to start 2017 with the launch of “Twitter for Slack” — we hope you’ll like our Slack bot’s latest feature as much as we do.
We’ve designed “Twitter for Slack” with support teams in mind 💁 They want to be able to answer tweets, DMs & emails directly from Slack, the space where they collaborate. With the addition of this new Twitter integration, MailClark truly becomes your team’s bot for external communications.
“Twitter for Slack” also happens to be a great tool for personal Twitter accounts: I’ve replied to my tweets & DMs from Slack for the past three weeks, I love it 🐦🤖
Curious to see how it works?
Add MailClark to Slack, invite him to a channel and click ‘Link a Twitter account’.
We’d love to hear what you think, we look forward to chatting with you!
P.S. A big thanks to Nicolas for hunting us again

I just love the idea for the support team to tweet straight from Slack, great job guys 👏
Is it possible to use multiple Twitter accounts?
@matthieudeluze Yes, you can! https://ph-files.imgix.net/ed232... This is actually a great way to allow some of your teammates to tweet without giving the credentials of the company's Twitter account.
And thank you for your kind words, we really appreciate it!

Hi, I don't manage to make it work, can you help ? Mailclark is already linked to our Slack. How do you activate the Twitter feature. The CTA on your website just make me connect Mailclark to Slack again.
@raphc Hi Raphaël, since you're an existing MailClark user, no need to re-install the bot. You have two options to connect your Twitter account to Slack:
• New inbox: Invite MailClark to a new channel and click "Link a Twitter account"
• Existing inbox: In a channel where MailClark is already invited, type "@mailclark settings" and click "Link a Twitter account"
Hope it helps, thank you for using MailClark 👍

@jiraisurfer@mailclark It does, thank you ! I wouldn't have find it by myself. Nice product, it took place in our Slack bots stack.
@raphc@mailclark That's great to hear :) We're about to send an announcement to our users to tell them about the new feature and explain how to get started.
@cyclia Cool! I'm glad you like the easy setup; we always try to improve our onboarding. Please send us your impressions (either a Slack or Twitter DM to MailClark will do) after you & your teammates have tested our bot.

The only thing I was hoping this would do that it doesn't is allow any member of my team to tweet through the company Twitter. If you could simply type something in the channel and it would be tweeted, that would be fantastic.
@punkscience Hi Darryl, if you set up MailClark in a channel where your coworkers aren't invited, they won't be allowed to tweet through your company's account. You basically decide who can tweet or not depending on who's in the channel (MailClark works in both private and public channels).
"If you could simply type something in the channel and it would be tweeted, that would be fantastic."
This is exactly how it works once you've started the auto send. Just press 'Enter' and voilà!
