@michael_olsen , @aloubier I love MailBird but I had a very bad experience (more than one time) with the support and now in particular with ticket #329331 where I asked more than a month ago, support because a MailBird update created issue for me with managing of multiple emails address. The experience with the support was (and still be) terrible as they did not release any suggestion, any patch to resolve the issue on my side. Some day ago the ticket was closed telling me there is no planned changes to the interface updated that now hide my email address list as default on unify account. How a reply of this kind can made me feel? The software is nice but the support experience is really bad, for me. This kind of experience destroy my enthusiasm and love to the great client email that I think MailBird can be. I'm very deluded by the support experience and this is a reason I will not vote up today. The issue was created by MailBird update and when I asked support no solution has been released. How a customer can be happy to receive some kind of reply? I have the feel the support is just replying without the final interest to made me happy and resume the previous situation that was working. Now what is the bad update for me is also present in all future Alpha version. Thanks to the new update email folders take almost all of the vertical space in the left bar and email list on top are hidden because has not enough space to be showed. Before I was able to check all my email account as soon MailBird was opened and than an update force me to loose this function and have to scroll down.. have email folders that I don't use take all the vertical space. Asked to the support help for decide the size of the folder and prioritize the email list... asked to provide a user choice but in a month no solution... I still have, every day, the issue created by the update and now this issue are present also in all future Alpha and stable version. Support seems are there just for say this will not change again shortly and I should keep the issue. I'm a customer, I'm asking help, how seeing a ticket closed without a solution for an issue created by an update, how this can be a great experience? Seems to me an imposition authoritative where I cannot do nothing just forced to keep the software has is and keep the issue as is.

@peopleinside hi Marco. I'm very sorry to hear you've had a bad support experience with us. We understand that the changes we made to the navigation bar (made necessary due to some performance issues with the Microsoft technology we're using in Mailbird) had a negative impact for users with a lot of accounts and folders, and we're actively working on an improvement that we expect to roll out soon. It takes time to get it right, but I'm sure that when you see the improved navigation bar you will agree that it's a vast improvement not only over the current implementation but also the previous implementation :)

@michael_olsen My ticket was closed and the reply was: no soon changes will be made. I'm waiting since a month. Support should provide a patch a file to replace for resolve the issue created and is not. I find no justifications in what happen, the facts speak. I never had any performance issue before. I love MailBird but how you feel when you discover there is a support that simply close tickets and say will be no changes? Or support that tell you to wait but still no solution after a month?! I expect a file to replace for resolve the issue, a way to resolve the customer issue but this never happen. I see I'm not the only one user that get this reply about this issue by ticket and the delusion maybe is not only mine. The software seems good but support and people back to this should be also important. I suggest you to have a better support more near to customer.

@peopleinside I understand your frustrations and we'll discuss it internally in the team how this issue could have been handled better by us. Rest assured we're working on a solution though as we speak, and we expect to be able to release it soon.
Marco Borla
@michael_olsen OK. I will vote for the software, hope the experience still be nice with software but with support and people on MailBird too. Thanks.
Michael Olsen
@peopleinside thanks Marco I appreciate that :) You will love the new navigation menu I'm sure. Also PS. there's a post in the Facebook Alpha tester group where you can leave feedback on the redesign.

Mailbird is great. I really would like an android app as gmail is awful and I would prefer to have the customization options of Mailbird on my mobile. Thanks
Michael Olsen
@tony6 we'd love to have Mailbird on Android as well, and this is something we're seriously considering :)

The best: Its simple appearance. Even better, when you surf in the tons of features that make mailbird my go to email client. I also have an Office 365 Pro suscription that includes Outlook in its most advanced version, full of features, but I use mailbird daily instead of outlook without any doubt for managing both, professional and private accounts.

@david_galvez_ruiz Thank you so much for your feedback David! We are happy to hear that you like our design and the features! Please let us know should there ever be a feature you are missing in Mailbird. We are always happy to get feedback:-)

I've used Mailbird for about 7 years. It was such a breath of fresh air after using other email programs. It's really pleasant to use. Can't imagine being without it. Recently I had to change laptops a couple of times and I was reminded just how easy it was to add in new emails accounts.
Andrew Mojko
@david_waumsley Hello David, thanks for sharing your story with us and being veteran user! :-) We do our best to help you keeping healthy relationship with emails and everyday email use as easy and convenient as possible! Thanks again!

Amazing product and I use it every day. The only issue I have with the system is that settings and fx snoozed emails do not transfer between computers. Meaning if you use it for work (like I do) then you are taking a risk if you fx Snooze email, go on business travel or swap from desktop to laptop will cause that emails get stuck locally and you might miss out on reminding people. The setup issue is really not a problem since it is done once for every computer and then it is gone.
Michael Olsen
@mikkel_gerdes thanks for the feedback Mikkel. This is one improvement for snooze that we would also love to make, so it might make it into the product in the future :)
Mikkel Gerdes
@michael_olsen Would be excellent if it did.

I have been using Mailbird for many years now. After everything else failed on me I gave this a try and I haven't looked back since. I have 6 email accounts combined in Mailbird. You can search, you can create your own folders. It's just perfect.

I have been using Mailbird for some time now, it has always been reliable and user friendly. The team are always there if you have a problem and alway answer within a very short space of time. I can highly recommend this software
Andrew Mojko
@cliff_evans Hello Cliff, thanks for your feedback! We are happy to hear you enjoy using Mailbird! Please let us know if there would be anything we could to make the experience even better! Thanks again and stay safe!

Do you have a webmail? Or any plan to add one in the future. I have been looking for a webmail where I can connect any IMAP or SMTP . All there around really sucks in UI.
Andrew Mojko
@sreekanth850 Hello, thank you for your interest! Mailbird is a standalone email client application for Windows OS, we do not offer a webmail access for email clients as this is something that email accounts providers offer. Thanks for reaching out, if you have any further questions, please do let me know!
Sreekanth PM
@andrew_mojko Actually iam already using mailbird. But i thought will ask about your roadmap.
Andrew Mojko
@sreekanth850 Thanks for the clarfication :-) I am afraid that implementing a webmail interface is not on our roadmap, but this is very interesting idea - I'll share it wih the team. Thanks for your support!

Just as @matic_uzmah1, I've tried a couple of different Windows e-mail clients before settling for Mailbird last year. Honestly, one of the best purchases I've made in a long time. Simple to use, clear overview of all emails in the Unified inbox view, e-mail tracking - all this alongside different perks such as connecting your Slack, Asana, Google Docs, etc. Keep on the good work team - eagerly waiting for new updates! 💪
Christin Baumgarten
@matic_uzmah1 @blendorwhat thanks so much for your awesome feedback! We have quite a few big updates coming in the next quarters. Stay tuned:-)!
Joe Duirwyn
This is a great mail app. I spent a good amount of time looking for the right client. The integrations really make it sing - Gcal, Slack, Todoist - all streamline to assist my productivity. The onboard functionality is great and my experience so far has been seamless. Highly rate this one!
Marius Bughiu
@joe_duirwyn Thank you for the kind words, Joe! We're all really excited you enjoy Mailbird. If you can think of anything that would make your experience with Mailbird even better, let us know! Every little piece of feedback helps! 😃
