Great tool. Is there any video to get started with? Not able to find setting like setting up which apps/websites are deep work and which count as distraction for example.

That's cool but it needs to have a free trial like any other app. Shouldn't be asking people to pay immediately upon sign-up. They need to be able to explore and decide whether it's worth paying for. Not saying anything controversial here. It's just a standard way of doing this. I'm sure you're a nice guy and would refund but would you send money to someone you've never met without even seeing the app on the promise that they would refund if you don't like it? :)
Since my follow-up comment was left without a reply I assume that asking to at least see the product before paying for it was too much to ask for. Was my request unreasonable? Do you personally pay for products you haven't had a chance to use? I'm really curious to check it out and will give you a detailed review but if you won't add a free trial I'm going to have to uninstall it. Pity.
I saw this tracker recommended in my weekly email, and thought I'd look into it. Beautiful UI/UX, fantastic insights - only issue was after restarting my computer for the first time, the program is now stuck in the booting window ("Take a deep breath, plan your next move"). Reinstallation of a fresh .exe didn't seem to do the trick, so I'm not quite sure what steps to take. Hopefully I can share any logs Michael might need to get this patched (or some advice to figure out what I'm doing wrong)

Hey Matthew! You should be able to email by clicking the Help button in the app. Happy to help, I have fixed a couple bugs this morning that might have solved your issue, can you press Ctrl-R with the app active, or relaunch the app to see whether it has? Otherwise let's chat over email/iMessage and I'll get you sorted! Let me know.
Just booted my desktop for the first time today, and it's up again! Appreciate the quick turnaround brother. As a heads up, when I was stuck on that screen, I couldn't get to the Help button, meaning I couldn't contact you any other way than through Product Hunt or your Twitter. It may be useful to add a more visible email on the website so people can reach out if they encounter similar issues :)
