Pretty fun! I liked the results better than ChatGPT which had a yellow hue when I tried it with Ghibli. Also, thanks for not asking to create account right before giving the result.

Just tried Magic Hour’s new AI selfie generator, and the results blew me away! It transformed my photos into works of art in seconds. Especially loved the wide range of styles to choose from and the option to create my own prompts.

When did you realize the side project would have more validity as a standalone product for your team?

With selfie generator, we were inspired by the Studio Ghibli trend, Lensa, etc. which showed us people love seeing stylized versions of themselves and this desire is perpetual.
So we knew this idea had merit as a standalone free tool and was worth launching on its own. Looking forward to following along with Aftercare's launches as well :)

As Runbo mentioned, there's definitely a few players in this space and a high bar to execute on (which we're always excited about). A big driver of this launch was just the feeling we got when we, ourselves, were blown away by the quality of our outputs.
We're a big believer in offering a lot of value upfront and thought this would be the perfect next launch!
Some of the styles are in other tools like GPT but the idea is great for a reason. Congratulations on the launch!
