I built MacroDeficit because the existing calorie calculators are either too simple (just a number, no context) or buried in apps that require an account and push you toward a subscription. I wanted something that gives you the real numbers: TDEE, macros, protein in one place, instantly, without signing up for anything. The TDEE calculator gives you six goal options from aggressive cut to aggressive bulk, breaks down your macros, and tells you what your weekly weight change will look like. The protein calculator includes food examples so you can actually hit your target, not just know what it is.
