Hey Product Hunt, I’m the founder of Lyfos. Lyfos started with something deeply personal. After I lost my brother, I watched his family spend nearly 9 months trying to piece together parts of his life — accounts, emails, documents, passwords, important memories, and things only he knew. Grief was already hard enough. Finding everything shouldn’t have been. That experience stayed with me. So I built Lyfos. A private place to organize the important parts of your life and make sure the right people can access what they need, only when they need it. The idea is simple: You know where everything is. The people you love should too. But there was an obvious problem. If I’m asking you to put some of the most important information in your life into Lyfos, you shouldn’t have to blindly trust Lyfos. So we designed it that way. Your vault is encrypted before it leaves your device. We don’t hold the key to your vault. We can’t read what you store inside it. And no single family member can simply decide to access it — Lyfos uses a Circle of Trust where 3 of the 5 people you choose must agree before the release process can begin. We’ve also made Lyfos open source because, for something this sensitive, you should be able to inspect how it works rather than simply believe our marketing. And we made the full product ₹999 once / $9 internationally. No subscription. Today is our first public launch. I’d especially love feedback from this community on three things: Would you trust it? Would you use it? What are we missing? I’ll be here all day reading and responding to everything. Thanks for checking out Lyfos.
