Lumi - The light inside your Mac

by•
Press one key in any app, ask out loud or type. Lumi reads the front window, finds the right file, works on your Mac and uses the tools you've connected: Slack, Notion, Drive, GitHub. You get one spoken line, a card when a picture helps. Built for founders, analysts, designers, students and developers. Free, open source and local. Works with your Claude Code, on your Mac.

We built Lumi at Loomtable because we kept losing minutes setting the scene for AI: pasting screenshots, explaining where we were, then doing the steps ourselves.

Lumi looks when you press the key, then acts in the background. It opens the sheet, reads the thread, checks the export, points at the text, and gives you only what needs your attention instead of a wall of text. You stay in charge: edits wait for your OK.

The part we care most about is trust. Lumi is free, open source and local. Speech runs on your Mac, and the thinking goes through the Claude Code you already use, with your own connectors, CLAUDE.md and skills.

Try one real question from your day. Then tell us which moment in your work Lumi should take on next, and where it fell short. We read and act on every piece of feedback.

For Developers -
We built Lumi to improve your productivity and your current Claude Code experience.
Lumi brings your Claude Code into whatever app you're in.
