Store owners: how many different tools/tabs do you use just to write copy for one product?

I keep hearing the same thing from store owners: writing copy for a single product means bouncing between a description, an Instagram caption, a TikTok hook, a Facebook ad, an email subject line, a YouTube description, maybe an SEO blog… each in a different tab or tool.
Genuinely curious where everyone lands:
- How many separate tools are you using for copy right now?
- And which format do you just… skip because it's too much effort?
