How do industrial teams currently manage large volumes of inspection reports across multiple sites?

We built Lucens Integrity to turn scattered inspection PDFs into structured, searchable asset history while keeping all data on-premise. I’d be especially interested in feedback from maintenance, reliability, inspection, and technical teams on how they currently track recurring defects, inspection history, and priorities across hundreds or thousands of assets.
