What makes airport lounge research frustrating—and what should Lounge Frog improve next?
Hi everyone—Patrick here, the maker of Lounge Frog.
I’m looking for specific feedback on the part of lounge planning that still takes too much effort: working out which lounge your cards or status unlock, finding the right terminal, checking hours, or choosing where to spend a connection.
Lounge Frog brings those details together at https://www.loungefrog.com. There’s also an iPhone app, and the iOS and Chrome launches are scheduled here on Product Hunt for November 4.
What is the last lounge-access question you struggled to answer? Which airport, card, or access rule was involved? Please share the public details only—no card numbers or booking information.
And when you research a trip, would you rather use a website, an iPhone app, or a browser extension that puts travel references beside the page you’re reading?
I’d love concrete examples of missing information or confusing screens. They’re much more useful than a generic feature wish list.
