👋 Hey Product Hunt! I’m launching Looona → https://looona.fr The idea came from a frustration I kept having while building side projects. At the end of a project, I always needed user feedback, but I never really wanted to spend time building an entire feedback system from scratch. I tried a lot of existing tools, but most of them felt either too limited or too complex for what I actually needed. What bothered me the most was having to introduce yet another tool into my workflow. I already use Slack, Notion, GitHub and other tools every day, so I started wondering: why not simply plug feedback directly into them instead of creating another dashboard to manage? That’s how Looona was born. Looona acts more like a transparent feedback dispatcher than a traditional platform: - collect feedback - organize it - dispatch it to the tools you already use The goal is to make it almost invisible once configured. Looona is available as a hosted version for simplicity or self-hosted for more control and flexibility. I’m also planning to progressively open-source the project to stay aligned with the idea of transparency and flexibility. Would love to hear your feedback and thoughts 🙏
