How do you handle daily & weekly logs?

As a PM, writing weekly reports at the end of the cycle used to be a massive headache for me—I could never remember what I did on Monday! That’s why I built LogLogic, to turn messy daily voice notes into structured logs.

I’m curious: How do you stay on top of your task tracking? Do you use traditional notes, automated tools, or just rely on memory?
