This is amazing. Building this yourself (and a performant version at that) is such a monumental feat. Makes a ton of sense as live collaboration almost feels like tables stakes these days. Great work!
Agreed, collaboration should be a commodity. Please don't make me download a file to work with you, let me see what you're doing so that I don't waste time doing the same thing
