I’m building ListNestly for resellers — what would make you actually switch from spreadsheets?

by

I’ve been building a product called ListNestly around a problem I kept running into in my own resale business.

At first, I thought the main pain point was writing listings.

But once I started using the product myself, I realized the bigger problem was everything around the listing:

  • photos

  • inventory

  • purchase costs

  • expenses

  • aging stock

  • buyer replies

  • sales

  • actual profit

  • figuring out what needs attention next

So ListNestly has gradually become less of an “AI listing generator” and more of a small operating system for resellers.

The workflow today is roughly:

Take photos → create listing → track inventory → manage the sale → understand profit

I’m still in the early launch stage, and before I push harder on distribution, I want to hear from people who actually resell or run small inventory-based businesses.

What would a product like this need to do for you to stop relying on spreadsheets, notes, and multiple apps?

I’m especially interested in:

  • what you currently track manually

  • what you forget to update

  • which part of selling eats the most time

  • what software you already use and still dislike

Pre-launch page/product:

I’m building this from a real reseller workflow, so critical feedback is more useful to me than compliments.
